He is survived by: his children, Terri Refo (Robert), Tammi Watson (Carl), Lori Guthrie (Greg), Paula Davis and Brian Davis (Gerri); his brother Andrew Eads (Rhodalene); and his siblings-in-law, Sonny Gurley, Ellis Lewis (Debra), Merlene Roach (Tom) and Sue Coleman (Shelton).
