He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Tommy Reagan; his stepfather Lawrence Phillps; his brother Greg Reagan; his half-brother Exo Reagan; his grandparents, Thelma and E. B. Albritton; his mother Annie Phillips; his son Donnell Reagan; and his brother Chris Reagan (Rhonda). He was also cherished by nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
