He is survived by: his wife Emily McManus Fields; and his sons, Mike Fields of West Monroe, Ricky Fields of Eros and Byron Fields of Lonoke, AR. He is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made in Charles' honor to Hilltop Worship Center in Chatham, or Alzheimer's Association, alz.org.
