He is survived by: his wife Theresa E. Hays; his mother Hazel Barnett; his children, Clint Hays (Jessica), Trina Carr (James) and Jody Wolfe (Ronnie); and his siblings, Donnie Hays (Kathy), Bonnie Wolfe (Ronnie) and Norma Scallion (Tony). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
