He is survived by: his wife Rose McGowen; his daughter Tracey Saterfield (Robert); his sister Nettie Jean Strickland; his stepbrother Tookie Collom; and his grandchildren, Jacob McGowen, Mallory McGowen, Christian Henry, Gabrielle Henry, Nathaniel Saterfield, Landon Saterfield, Diana Barber and David Barber. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
