It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lolian Bares Bernard (Erath, Louisiana), who passed away on November 3, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edier Bares and Effie Broussard Bares; and her siblings, Raymond Bares and Janell Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Lydier; her children, Cynthia Drott (Ted), Ricky Bernard (Jackie), Barry Bernard (Sue) and Gerard Bernard (Thelma); and her brother Allen Bares, Sr.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
