She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Numa Broussard; her parents, Cestia Boudreaux and Leah Dugas Boudreaux; her children, Glynn Broussard and Phyllis Broussard Chatman; her grandchildren, Leah Broussard and Brandt Broussard; and her siblings, Murphy Boudreaux, Claude Boudreaux and Mable Dubois.

She is survived by: her children, Gerald Broussard (Phyllis Theriot Broussard) of Henry and Marla Broussard of Erath; her children-in-law, Billie Robicheaux Broussard of Lafayette and Cecil Chatman of Broussard; her grandchildren, Saul Broussard, Erin Broussard, Keri Broussard, Claire Chatman Carluen and John Chatman; her great grandchildren, Darin Carluen, Rebecca Carluen and Harrison Becnel; and her godson Ronnie Boudreaux.
