He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lucy L. Castille, Dr. Bernard and Marie Lahasky. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Ronald and Janet Castille Lahasky; his siblings, Jordan Lahasky and Ann Marie Lahasky; and his grandfather Percy J. Castille.
