He is survived by: his wife Betty Wilson of Erath; his sons, James Dalton Wilson, Jr. of Erath and Chad Joseph Wilson (Jackie) of St. Martinville; and his grandchildren, Taylor Nicole Wilson, Madison Clair Wilson, Carter Joseph Wilson and Kate Noelle Wilson.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Frioux-David Funeral Home of Erath On (209 E Putnam St, Erath, LA 70533). A rosary was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church of Erath (700 S Broadway St, Erath, LA 70533). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
