He is survived by: his close friend Edna Dore; his son Alton Lange, Jr.; his siblings, Nelda Lange Strother, Recella Lange Strother, Yvonne Lange Parker and Michael Lange; his grandchildren, Chris Lange, Brittani Ivey, Haislee, Violet, Jane and Henry; his great grandchildren, Emily Broussard Curol, Tony Faulk, Jr. and Ridge Michael Faulk; and his caregivers, Doctor Patlola, Doctor Jose Sylvia, Doctor Claude Meeks, Doctor David Allie and Alton John Lange, Sr..
