It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathern Earline Wallace of Epps, Louisiana, born in Delhi, Louisiana, who passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Wallace; her children, Elizabeth Jones and Rickie Sanders; her parents, Mamie Walker and Frank Walker; and her siblings, Mable Noble, Dorothy Taylor, Gladys Lingefelt, Lavada Baum, Eunice Wilson, LaFay McCarver, Barney Walker and Herman McCarver.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Weems of Holly Ridge, LA, Donald Wallace (Robin) of Bastrop, LA, Bryan Jones, Teresa Jones (Dylan), Rikki Jones, Ty Jones, Olivia Jones, Benji Wallace and Emily Snipes; her grandchildren, Madison Smith (Josh), Mac York, Eli Jones, Evan Jones, Katherine Jones, Hudson Jones, Baby Boy Smith, Cayden Smith, Carson Smith and Camden Smith; her sister Shirley Mercer (Buck); her sister-in-law Diana Walker; and her niece Monica Odom. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
