She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan H. Poole and Dessa McVay Poole; her husband Richard Elmond McGuffee; and her daughter-in-law Judy McGuffee. She is survived by: her children, Stevie McGuffee (Lois) of Bossier City, LA and LaNae Chapman (Alton) of Columbia; her brother Hershel Poole (Barbara) of Enterprise; and her grandchildren, Greg McGuffee (Stephanie), Brian McGuffee (Stephanie), Tonya Hawkins (Steven), Christy Tate (Robbie), Amanda Burgess (Greg), Wes McGuffee (Kim) and Dusty Chapman (Roxanne). She is also survived by thirteen Great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
