He was predeceased by: his parents, Whitney Joseph Romero, Sr. and Annabelle Roger; his sons, Joshua Romero and Sean Romero; and his brother James Romero.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Romero; his son James Romero (Tammie); his daughter-in-law Roxeanne Romero; his grandchildren, Gracie Romero (Aaron Touchet), Baylie Romero, Dakota Smothers (Carly) and Zoey Romero; his great grandchild Beau Smothers; his sisters, Benita Bellot (Bradley), Pauline Lambert (David) and Malinda Parr (Jamie); and his friend Amanda Lynn Sandell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
Due to Covid restrictions, the family requests that visitation be come and go, so that all will have an opportunity to pay their respects. Social distancing and masks are required.
