He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Floyd Williams and Margaret Pamela Goodwin Williams; and his daughter Kathy Lou White. He is survived by: his significant other Lina Louise Miller Williams; his siblings, Louise Brantly and Don Gary Williams (Edith); and his children, Mitchell Wayne Williams (Janene), Kenneth Ray Williams (Cathy), Angela Westergard (Lamar), Madeline Graham (Lorell), Wanda Denise Campbell (Robert) and Mark Douglas White (Linda). He is also survived by 33 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
