She was predeceased by: her husband Mervin S. McClendon, Sr.; her parents, Charles Brazzel, Sr. and Dollie Brazzel; and her siblings, Charles Brazzel, Jr., William "Dub" Brazzel, Louise Courtney, Jeanne McCann and Jo Benoit.
She is survived by: her children, Mervin "Bub" McClendon, Jr. of Elmer, Carol Siems (Gary) of Houston and Dollie Daniels (Stewart) of Sunset; and her grandchildren, Wymen Daniels (Katie) of New Iberia, Hutton Daniels (Nicole) of New Iberia, Derek Siems (ShaoShao) of Austin, Texas and Loren Siems of Houston, Texas. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
