He is survived by: his parents, Robert Britton and Cornelia Britton; his wife Elizabeth Britton; and his daughters, Betty Jamison, Deborah Britton and Catherine Williams. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, along with his brothers: Frank, Carroll, Sam, and Robert Britton, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
