She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Brignac and Marie Brignac; her husband William Sonnier; her sons, James Donald Sonnier and Michael Andrew Sonnier; her grandson Shane Anthony Mancuso; and her siblings, Donnie Brignac, Winton Brignac, Ferrel Brignac, Bert Brignac and Betty Brignac Ware.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Allen Sonnier of Lake Charles, William Blake Sonnier (Kathryn) of Lake Charles and Shelia Ann Sonnier of Oakdale. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
