He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Leger Myers; his son Troy Allen Myers; his parents, Teolea Myers and Amelia Istre Myers; and his siblings, Rufus Myers, Johnson "Red" Myers, Daniel "Buddy" Myers, Beatrice Myers, Margaret Myers Cormier and Judy Myers Redding.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jason Myers and Emily Credeur; and his sister Vivian Myers Taylor of Florida. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
