He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lipe and Hattie Lipe; and his siblings, Carl Lipe, Harry Lipe, Jr., Miles Lipe, Charles Lipe, Jerry Lipe, Mildred Stearns and Mabel Stearns.
He is survived by: his wife Kathie; his daughters, Sandy Duck (Charles) and Terri Shannon (Mike); his grandchildren, Charles Duck, Jr. (Kayla), Katie Luneau (Trenton) and Keith Shannon (Shelby); his nephew Brad Wright (Lilia); his great grandchildren, Andi Jo, Huck, Libby, Charlie, Rob and Luke; his great-nephews, Brandon and Matthew; and his siblings, Melvin Lipe of Boskydell, IL, Don Lipe of East Alton, IL and Mary Dillon of Carbondale, IL. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters in-law, along with many nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
