He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack McGlothlin and Benfordine McGlothlin; his brother Colonel Billy Jack McGlothlin; and his nephews, Mike, Scott and Joe McGlothlin.
He is survived by: his children, Rick McGlothlin (Cheryl) of Effie and Tina Linton (Allen) of Bryan, Texas; his grandchildren, Ralston, Morgan McGlothlin, Kaelen Young (James) and Kristen Schocke; his great grandchild Kendall Pena; and his nephew Ben McGlothlin. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
