It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Goodson Fuqua (Effie, Louisiana), who passed away on June 15, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clay Fuqua, Sr.; her stepdaughter Brenda Fuqua; her parents, Henry Goodson and Iva Lee Wade Goodson; and her brother Oscar Goodson.
She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Ross (Gabrielle Barber) and Clay Fuqua, Jr.; her wife Christy; her stepson Darryl Fuqua (Debra); and her siblings, Vee Wade and Freddie Goodson. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
