He was predeceased by: his wife Lillie Belle Tyler Cole; and his parents, Monroe Cole and Frances Cole. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Cole of Effie, Rhonda Crooks (Darren "Coon") of Effie and Brenda Crooks (Carey) of Ball; and his grandchildren, Jason Crooks (Renee), Lecrecia Cole, Brandi Crooks, Ashely Eiferle (Corey), Candice Sanders (Mark), Heather Ezell (Shane), Darren Heath Crooks (Tiffany) and Alexis Cole. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
