He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Samuel and Anthony Samuel; his nieces and nephews, Terrell Herbert (Lisa), Denise Herbert, Leala Thomas (Raynard), Marvell Herbert, Rachel Bruce (Keith), Charles Samuel, Harold Hines and Dameion Hines; and his children, Dana Herbert and Leala Thomas.
