With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Lumar (Edgard, Louisiana), who passed away on March 16, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Cleveland Lumar; her children, Cleveland Jr. and Judy Lumar; her parents, James Sr. and Marie Louis; her parents-in-law, Adrian Sr. and Elizabeth Lumar; her stepmother-in-law Pearl Lumar; and her siblings, Lorraine Young (Ferdinand), Victoria Fiffie, Helena Lumar, James, Raymond, Wilbert and Herbert Louis.
She is survived by: her children, Albert Lumar of Edgard and Shelia Jack (Jude) of Vacherie; and her grandchildren, Anitra Becnel, Julie Jack (Courtney Baloney), Damien, Jamari and Blake Lumar. She is also survived by four great-granddaughters, five sisters-in-law, three godchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
