He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregoire Jarrow and Georgiana L. Jarrow; his daughter Javon Hart (Gerald); his wife Gwendolyn Bovie-Jarrow; his siblings, Wilbert (Charesseta), Lucien (Francis), Jerry (Thelma), Francis Turner (Willie), Octavia Daniels (Norman), Louverther Boudoin, Sr. (Joseph), Dolores Weber (Antoine), Therese Alexander (Samson) and Mary Jarrow; and his siblings-in-law, Lena Bartholomew, Sr. (Gilbert), Earnest, Jr., Alton (Maxine), Walton, Elser Bovie and Glennard Joseph.
He is survived by: his sons, Andre, Sr. Jarrow (Anita) and Kenneth Jarrow (Reonda); his grandchildren, Andre, Jr., Roshni, Broderick, Brandon, Brandelle, Trey, Treyann and Rashad; his friend Sharon Cunningham; his son-in-law Gerald Hart; his siblings-in-law, Clarence Bovie (Mary) and Joyce Williams (Charles); and his close friends, Robert Boudoin, Larry Gills, Sr., Sheryl Isom, Christine Robiskie, Veradine Oubre and Raymond Bailey.
In accordance with the CDC guidelines for COVID-19 masks are suggested for all in attendance.
