He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurent Alexis and Nobia Schexnayder Alexis; his daughter Lennaire Carmel Alexis; and his siblings, Harold Alexis, Blanche Moll, Grace Populus, Olga Barnes and Gloria Crayton.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Mathieu Alexis; his grandson Kristopher Turner; and his siblings, Lawrence Alexis (Marie), Merlin Alexis, Delores Brown and Zenobia Bachemin. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
