He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Broussard and Anna Joseph Broussard; his significant other Verna Mae Young; his siblings, Clopha Broussard and Nettie Mae Ozone; and his nephews, Johnny Sinegal and Patrick Sinegal.
He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Anderson of Rayne, LA; his stepchildren, Stephanie Ann Breaux (Lacy) of Crowley, LA, Shambertina Young of Rayne, LA, Michael Young (Mary), Mark Young (Corinne) of New Orleans, LA and Denbyne Smith, Sr. of Rayne, LA; his siblings, Clifton Broussard, Sr. of Erath, LA, Mary Stevens of Rayne, LA, Rose Broussard of Rayne, LA and Agnes Benjamin (Eugene) of Lafayette, LA; and his godchildren, Debra Ozone of Rayne, LA and Marcus Broussard of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be recited at 10:00 a. m. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all attendees must wear masks or face coverings.
