It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Talbot Guidry of Duson, Louisiana, born in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Talbot and Dorothy Nezat Talbot; her brother Drake Talbot; and her nephew William Talbot. She is survived by: her daughter Dorothy "Dori" Guidry of Duson; her grandson Reece Paul Seneca; her siblings, Dennis Talbot of Lafayette, Duke Talbot (Cheryl) of Lafayette, Dyke Talbot (Anne) of Carencro and Shannon Emmer (Michael) of Bossier City; her sister-in-law Dru Talbot of Lafayette; and her nieces and nephews, Drake Talbot Jr., Derrick Talbot, Danielle Talbot, Stephanie Hanks, Staci Talbot, Sarah Talbot Parham, Sheri Talbot, Kelli Talbot Melancon, Kimberlee Talbot, Laci Talbot, Brandon Emmer and Amanda Emmer.
