He is survived by: his wife Leola Lemoine Melancon of Duson; his sons, Philip Melancon, Jr. (Casey) of Scott and Stephen M. Melancon (Valerie) of Mandeville; his grandchildren, Hannah Regan (Jeremy) and Philip Melancon, III (Jerica); and his great grandchildren, Rowen Melancon and River Melancon.
