She is survived by: her children, Cheryl (John Broussard) of Duson, Wayne (Edith Monte) of Marrero and Cecil Monte of Maurice; her sister Rose Richard of Lafayette; and her grandchildren, Danielle, John Curtis, Jenee, Harley and Matthew. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
