She was predeceased by: her husband Elijah Steven Sr.; her children, Randolph Steven, Elijah Steven Jr. and Bernadette Steven Davis (Elsie); her grandson Elijah Steven III; her son-in-law Nelson Alfred (Poule); her parents, Paul Thibeaux Sr. and Olivia Thibeaux (Pillette); and her siblings, Mayola Thibeaux Simon, Ella Mae Thibeaux Catalon, Elda Thibeaux, Delores Thibeaux Williams, Mary Louise Thibeaux Butler, Audrey Thibeaux Mouton, Margie Thibeaux Harrison, Dalton Thibeaux, Warness Thibeaux, Alton Thibeaux and Felton Thibeaux.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Steven of Meaux, LA., Doris Steven of Lafayette, LA., Gloria Alfred, Danielle Thibeaux of Ridge, LA, Tanya Francis, Larry Steven (Elizabeth) and Marshall Steven (Bernadette); and her daughter-in-law Daisy Trainer Steven of Killeen, TX.
