He is survived by: his children, Cleveland Guidry of Rayne, LA, Donovan Charles of Rayne, LA, Jeremy Thomas of Rayne, LA and Racheal Lewis (Jimmy) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Shekinah, Essence, Nassira, Donashia, Donovan and Jabarin; his siblings, Mary (Milton), Sheila Guidry of Rayne, LA, Alfreda Jackson (Yank) of Baton Rouge, Cleotha, Clevella, Cleveann, Clevelena Mouton of Los Angeles, CA, Johnny Louis of Rayne, LA, James Mouton (Tiffany) of Lafayette, LA and Steveland Mouton of Los Angeles, CA; and his daughter Carolyn Guillory. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
