He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Collins; his parents, Percy Collins Sr. and Marie Avet Collins; his brother Farrell James Collins; his grandson Jaydon Parfait; his parents-in-law, Howard Sr. and Edna Francis Fanguy; and his siblings-in-law, Gilbert, Allen Sr., Roland, Wallace Sr., Jimmy, McKinley, Wilson, Baby Boy Fanguy, Dianna Boudreaux, Lisa Marie Fanguy and Helen Lajaunie.
He is survived by: his children, Timmy Collins (Heather), Gypsy Collins (Darryl) and Kaylyn Collins; his grandchildren, Brandon Parfait, Aydon Parfait, Teaghan Boeve, Bailey Chatman, Kaydyn Fitch and Kohan Fitch; and his brothers, Percy Collins Jr. (Veronica) and David F. Collins. He is also survived by numerous in laws, nieces, and nephews.
