He was predeceased by: his wife Eva Theresa Verdin Billiot; his sons, Roger W., Ricky Billiot and Jason Billiot; his parents, Paul Billiot and Lena Verret Billiot; and his siblings, Allen, Antoine, Nolan, Clarence, Peter, Betty Ann and Beverly.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Billiot, Brenda Craft, Carl Verdin Sr., John Verdin, Jessica B. Rodas, Justin Billiot Sr. and Victor Billiot; and his sisters, Evelyn and Judy. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
