It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis James Allen (Dulac, Louisiana), who passed away on March 2, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Junior Allen and Anna Louise Thompson Allen. He is survived by: his sons, Jimmie Allen (Rebecca) and David Allen (Crystal); and his sister Linda Allen. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren.
