He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Nickles Billiot and Anna Mae Gregoire (Billiot); his stepdaughter Yvette Trosclair; his grandsons, Guy Trosclair and Wallace Trosclair Jr.; and his great grandchild Trevor Trosclair.
He is survived by: his sons, Lacey Billiot and Starlin Billiot (Holly); his stepchildren, Wallace Trosclair (Melissa) and Melodie Phillips; and his siblings, Joseph (Patsy), Mack (Beverly), John, Ivy Billiot, Eula, Eva, Beatrice, Bertha Billiot, Josephine "Noonie" Verdin and Patricia Samanie (Charles). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
