She is survived by: her children, Peggy Verdin, Cynthia Gregoire (Bruce), Mona Brewer (Marty) and James Pierre, Jr. (April); her children-in-law, Cindy Verdin and Harry Billiot, Sr.; her siblings, Lydia Duthu (Ted) and Julius Gregoire (Tina); and her former husband James Pierre, Sr.. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
