He was predeceased by: his son Dwayne Mitch of Houma; his parents, Gilmore Mitch and Lorine Tubby Mitch; his siblings, Geraldine Mendez, Patricia Mizell, Lena Mitch, Marilyn Tubby, Judy Gibson, Bobby Mitch, Ramsey Mitch and Bennie Mitch; and his parents-in-law, Antoine and Eunice Billiot of Dulac, LA..
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Billiot Mitch; his sons, Darrell Mitch (Angelle) of Houma, Darren Mitch (Laurie) of Houma and Steven Mitch (Raticha) of Chauvin; and his sisters, Nannie Thibodeaux of Houma, Maggie Truss and Alene Hickman of Choctaw, MS. He is also survived by 7 grandsons, 5 granddaughters, 2 great-granddaughter, and 1 great-grandson.
