She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Parfait and Edna Parfait (Trosclair); and her siblings, Linus Parfait, Ella Verdin, Ouida Parfait and Rita Verdin.
She is survived by: her sons, Charlton "Chuck" Duthu (Sandra) and Bruce Duthu (Hilde Ojibway); her grandchildren, Brennan, Greg, Ben Duthu, Lisa, Joe and Alanna Ojibway; and her siblings, Varnis, Cyrus, Anthony Parfait, Josephine Lorna Billiot and Sarah Foret Pellegrin. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
