He is survived by: his children, Ira Chandler Lewis (Valarie) and Julia Thompson (Lewis); his granddaughters, Chandra Smith (Jason), Chelsee Lewis and Kailey Foster (John); his great grandchildren, Alexis, Gage and Nova; and his siblings, Keith Lewis (Sue) and Donna Miller (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
