He is survived by: his daughter Dianne Evans (Ronnie) of Dubach, LA; his grandchildren, Christina Gates, Cassie Eppinette (Nathan) of Eros, LA and Aaron Evans (Maria) of Lorena, TX; his great grandchildren, Lila Jordan, Brady Evans, Connor Evans and Luke Evans; and his brother Billy Slack (Barbara) of Okmulgee, OK..
