He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Franklin and Edna Franklin of Vienna, LA.; his wife Betty Bearden Franklin; and his brother David Franklin. He is survived by: his daughters, Sylvia Franklin Bradshaw (Dan) of Portland, TN, Jeanne Franklin of Dubach, LA and Paula Franklin of Dubach, LA; his grandsons, Devin Bradshaw (Katie) of Franklin, TN and Dillon Bradshaw (Emilee) of Franklin, TN; his great grandchildren, Olivia Bradshaw and Sam Bradshaw; his brothers, Durwood Franklin (Cindy) and Gary Franklin; and his sister-in-law Pat Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to Mineral Springs Baptist Church Building Fund or Mineral Springs Cemetery Fund.
