With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Oxford of Dubach, Louisiana, who passed away on March 21, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Newton Oxford; her children, Paula Stephenson and Phillip Oxford; her parents, Tom Wiley and Eleanor Wiley; her siblings, Vergie Wheatley, Louise Wiley, George, Wilburn and Wade; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Alice Martin and Melba Whitman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia (Rodney Howard) of Dubach, LA and Priscilla (Tommy Ford) of Ruston, LA; her grandchildren, Coty Stephenson (Barbara) of Nashville, AR, Ryan Howard of Dubach, LA and Madison Ford of Ruston, LA; her great grandchildren, Jett and Cassie Stephenson of Nashville, AR; and her brother Jim Wiley of Homer, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and the many babies/small children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Dubach First Baptist, Mineral Springs Baptist Building Fund, Unionville Cemetery or any charity of your choice.
