It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Morvant Carlton of Dubach, Louisiana, born in Erath, Louisiana, who passed away on June 18, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Wylie Morvant; her sister Wendy Leigh Morvant; her godmother Rowena Comeaux; and her sister-in-law Jeannie Lowery. She is survived by: her mother Verna Morvant; her husband Mike Carlton; her son Michael Carlton (Cheryll); her grandchildren, Jacob, Lauren, Zach Carlton, Tayler, Conner, Piper Curry and Nolan Carlton; and her siblings, Missy Morvant and Byron Morvant. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, American Cancer Society, and Hope Place Warren.
