He was predeceased by: his parents, William David and Beadie Vail Jimmerson; and his siblings, William A. Jimmerson, Irene Alexander and Kathryn Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Francelia Barnard Jimmerson; his daughter Susan; his son-in-law Richard Jenkins of Dubach; his son John D.; his daughter-in-law Michelle Jimmerson of Ruston; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Jenkins (Jessica Hayes), Zachary (Leslie Jenkins), Megan (Larry Bridge) and Lilla Jimmerson of Bossier City, LA.. He is also survived by children, four sisters–in–law, and several nieces and nephews.
