Frazier; his siblings, Martha Burr (Michael), Annie Mabry (Danny) of Alabama, Frank Patton, Sr. of Mississippi and Billy J. Patton of Louisiana; his children, Janet Chancellor and Jesse C. Patton, Jr.; his wife Casey; and his children, David Patton, Cindy Rhodes (Chad) and Kayla Greer (Jacob) of Louisiana.
