She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Burns Hamilton, Sr.; her parent Holice J. Hogan; and her sister Velma Cox. She is survived by: her children, Frances Elaine Rupert (Greg) of Dubach and Joe Burns Hamilton, Jr. (Vicky Hood Hamilton) of Dubach; her grandchildren, Russell Croxton (Jennifer) of Dubach, Toni Croxton Morganthall (Charlie Morganthall) of Ruston, Sean Rupert (Windy) of Fort Worth, Texas and Kristen Hamilton of Dubach; her great grandchildren, Heather Croxton Sullivant (Tristan), Amanda Croxton, Cole Morganthall and Ryder Rupert; and her siblings, Margie Anderson, Charles Hogan and James Hogan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other family, and friends.
