He is survived by: his wife Janelle Sullivan; and his children, Terri (Robert Hurst), Barbara (Mike Burchell), Melissa (John Stephenson), Ricki Sullivan (Peggy), Kenneth (Sheri Sullivan), Ronnie Sullivan, Jack Sullivan, Jr. (Brittney) and Jesse Sullivan (Jamie). He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
