He was predeceased by: his parents, Versie Farley Napper and Oko Napper; and his sisters, Mildred Napper Foster and Sue Napper Burgess. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mae "Dot" Colvin Napper of Ruston; his children, Barbara (Chad Lyon), Deana Napper Mitchell of Shreveport, LA and Steve (Cissy Napper); and his great grandchildren, Stephanie, Jason Spector (Adam) of Nashville, TN, Bud, Kim Lyon of Tioga, TX, Tiffany Napper of Nashville, TN, Elizabeth, Ross Taylor (Jackson) of Austin, TX, Meg and Matt Hanna (Ellie) of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Memorial donations can be made to Grace UMC, Louisiana Tech Foundation, American Heart Association or to the Methodist Children's Home.
