She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Peters; and her parents, Art Tatum and Ernestine Tatum. She is survived by: her sons, Jay Brooks (Andrea) of Fayetteville, AR and Scott Brooks (Christine) of Shreveport, LA; her sister Terri Johnson (Bernie); her grandchildren, Jay Anthony Brooks, Evan Brooks, Matthew Brooks (Ainsley), Caroline Brooks and Emma Brooks; her great grandchild Memphis Grace Brooks; and her nieces, Elizabeth Clark (Wes) and Tatum Mitchell (Matt).
Planned memorials may be made to Four Paws (290 Rodeo Road, Ruston, LA, 71270) as a way to honor and remember Donna's love for animals.
